Kedgeree

I'd always been a bit skeptical of Kedgeree. How good could a fish and rice dish be?

Oh - now I know. It was superb.

Meatballs with Broadbeans

Chicken with Pineapple Juice


An interesting little Korean number. It has the ubiquitous Gochujang paste as a star ingredient



Flavoring the sauce



A perfectly fried garlic flake - even if I say so myself



Use the Panko flakes for extra cruch



Lovely



The pineapple sauce gets absorbed into the chicken. Fantastic
