Masterchef Salmon

A totally random one this one. I wanted to do something Mastercheffy, but couldn't be arsed to shop...and so used whatever was in the fridge....

Which included some aubergines...

...a baked potato and cheese, and some sweet chili sauce

But it was surprisingly good....

Lamb tagine with quince

I was given some Quinces by a friend, so a quick scan and I found a nice looking tagine recipe

On it's way. Love the way a Tagine keeps everything so moist.
