Steamed Pork with Egg

This is a new psoting of an old meal. I enjoyed cooking what was a very unusal meal, and so I thought it worth back-posting (is that a phrase?)

The basic idea was a minced pork mess, flavoured with various chinese spices, and then steamed with an egg. There was a clue in the title :o)

Turned out great

I included this shot because it amused me how 21st century my kitchen is!!
