I'd bought some century eggs from the local chinese supermarket on a whim,...and then Chinese New Year came around
The idea is to steam the egg mixture with the Tofu and Century Eggs
And then it's topped with the soya and onions.
If i'm honest, it wasnt great. Not bad - just a bit bland. Watching youtube videos I can see I may need next time to keep the egg mixture smooth so it doesnt puff up.
