Every now and then it feels like a Japanese night. Moreover I feel like I need to eat more Noodles.
So, this ended up with a dig through the storecupboard
Firstly some Soba Noodles
And the some Dashi Powder, Wasabi and Shichimi
Nicely bundled
What's not to like
Added an egg and some cabbage.....why not......
