Bit of a cheat this one. We are in C19 lockdown - so no chance of going out. My lovely parents therefore bought me for my birthday a Rick Stein eat at home.
As you can see the ingredients come part prepared - so it's a case of a little light assembling / cooking
Fried the chorizo until crisp
Started with some lovely smoked mackrel pate and sour dough toast
And the Hake. Very nice it was too.....(if not a bit expensive)
