I was chatting away to my work neighbor and mentioned I had been growing some Chard. By coincidence she'd just seen this recipe and pointed me to it. That weekend we were hosting a Mediterranean BBQ - so it had to be done...
I may have left the Chard to grow a bit too much..
A small wilt
It's stuffed with a fragrant herby rice mixture
Layering the cake
And stuffing...
And there she blows....
Basically a variation on a large stuffed vine leaf - but a great use of the home grown chard....
