I love well cooked pork dishes...as in long slow cooks. So it was a lovely sunny Sunday afternoon and I decided to fire up the smoker.
I used a rolled shoulder...still can't find 'pork butt' anywhere in the UK
After 5 hours smoking
If only - what a meal
Look at the beautiful pink ring - Ooh Err!
And served simply within a soft roll with some coldslaw. Very nice - could have maybe been a bit juicer - maybe left it in for an hour too much ??
