A real retro post. This was my first ever food/photo session. I remember in well - back in 2004. On my own one Saturday evening and I decide to cook a Moussaka from the Real Greek cookbook. For some reason I also decided to photo everything. I had my camera and tripod out and more than one bottle of wine. Great fun. Unfortunately that was in the pre-blog era, and what I ended up doing was playing around with photoshop and creating the following poster montage...which I subsequently printed and it's been on my wall for years.
