I was inspired by a programme on Amazon all about Korean Pork, and in that people were using simple indoor BBQs cooked on a camping stove. Hell...why not.....
Used my slicer to create Pork Belly slices
A couple of quick (and excellent) pickled sides
Made the special dipping sauce (note the maple syrup)
And ready to go
It was a total success - no real smoke which surprised me
What a lovely mouthful
