In a previous post I'd waxed lyrical about the BIR method of preparing a cuzza.
This was the next installment...using a batch of the curry gravy made before.
As it was a dupiazza (2 onions) I also needs to prepare some of the precooked onions. Should have done this in a massive batch as they were good.
So there we go - precooked meat and onions....just as a Curry House would have it prepped
And a simple throw together...and it was FANTASTIC
